Eltham Screen
Design Notes
Eltham Screen is a bespoke folding screen combining painted forms with straw marquetry, while the reverse is finished with hand-painted stripes. Freestanding and designed to be enjoyed from both sides, it creates separation within a room while remaining an artwork in its own right.
Crafted by Eleanor Nadimi in her London studio, the natural lustre of the straw responds to light, bringing warmth and movement to the surface.
The Eltham Screen is featured in the September 2026 issues of ELLE Decoration and Livingetc, with each magazine choosing a different side.
