Prices, availability of item/s and postage are subject to change without prior notice. All items are subject to availability, if an item is out of stock, you can choose to be notified when it comes back. ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE cannot guarantee that sold out items will be replenished due to the collections being seasonal.
OUR PRODUCTS
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. All the relevant product information is available on the product pages, we take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of our products are correct at the time of publishing. We strive to use accurate imagery to ensure that your order arrives as expected. Colour representation is as true as photographic and printing processes will allow, however due to your devices screen and our photography these cannot be fully guaranteed. Slight variations may also occur between products due to the handmade nature of our production, we strive to maintain consistency as much as possible. SHEEPSKIN
Sheepskin is a natural product and each skin will have its own individual characteristics and natural markings. There may be differences in the pile, texture and colour from one skin to another and even within the same skin. ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE strives to use skins that are consistent with the aesthetic of the product but some marking is inevitable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the piece.
FURNITURE
All of our furniture is sourced second hand from various places in the England. Due to the furniture being previously owned ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE is not responsible for any issues that occur to the piece once the item has been delivered and approved by the customer. Each piece is unique and is sold on the face value of the item when purchased. We ensure that any restoration or upholstery done by ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE has been carried out in compliance with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988/1989, 1993 and 2010. We advise that our furniture is not put into direct sunlight as over time this may fade the fabric.
FURNITURE MEASUREMENTS
Before ordering please ensure that there is sufficient room to take furniture through any doorways or windows necessary to deliver the piece. The dimensions given are written for your guidance to ensure a smooth delivery process. Please advise us of restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns, this may affect the delivery cost. Please refer to our Returns & Delivery Terms for more information.
ORDERING
By placing an order on our website you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed on this page. Once you have made an order with us we will send you a confirmation email stating the product/s ordered, payment and delivery method. Another email will follow confirming a dispatch and estimated delivery date. Please note that all orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery method. Please ensure that there will be someone present to sign for the goods at the given delivery address. If the items are returned back to us we have the right to charge the postage cost to redeliver your order. Please refer to our Returns & Delivery Terms for more information.
ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE reserves the right to refuse a transaction or service to anyone for any reason at any time. This may be due to stock levels, a problem processing a payment or an error identified in the product information. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing a product from the website or altering a price whether or not that product has been sold.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Some of ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE’s products are made to order. Lead times vary between each item. There will be a rough guide line of lead times on the relevant product information page. Once an order has been placed we will notify you via email with a dispatch date.
BESPOKE ORDERS
ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE can provide a bespoke service if requested by you, the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any bespoke order request at our sole discretion. For more information on our bespoke order service please email [email protected]. All bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced due to the personalised nature of the service.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
We reserve the right to withdraw products from our website at any time and/or cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction, suspend any transaction after processing has begun or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email and refund you if payment has been made. Please allow 3-5 working days for a refund to reach your account after receiving a confirmation email from us.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us stating your name and order reference. The cancellation of any order must be done in writing to [email protected]. If your order has already been dispatched, then please follow the returns procedure. Please note any bespoke orders will be charged in full if production has already started.
PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Full payment will be taken at the point of purchase; any additional administration or delivery costs will be charged subsequently if necessary. By ordering from us you confirm that the payment method being used is yours. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
A receipt will be dispatched along with your order or sent separately to the billing address if this is different to the shipping address.
OFFERS, DISCOUNTS AND SALE ITEMS
Unless we state otherwise, offers/discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative is available and offers are non-transferable. ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE reserves the right to withdraw offers or discounts at any time and for any reason. All sale items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.

ONE NINE EIGHT FIVE reserves the right to update our Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. As a result, we encourage our customers to review the conditions prior to new purchases to avoid any confusion.
